Country House Homes is a Kent based company dedicated to working in partnership with Land and Home Owners to maximise the value of their property.
The company was formed over 10 Years ago by local architectural design, planning and development experts who have the skills and knowledge to
ensure the best chance of achieving planning permissions.
Constant changes in Government planning policies and housing needs mean that opportunities which exist today may not be around in the future. Our in-depth knowledge of these ever-changing National and Local policies means we enjoy an impressive track record in achieving success.
We offer two complimentary, yet different kinds of Planning Service. One is for home and Land owners who are happy to pay us to carry out planning, the other is a “no win no fee” service for potential new development on your land.
“No win – No Fee” – Planning Service
Within our at-risk model, we do all the work – you don’t pay for anything. On achieving planning we have the option to purchase your land at a pre-agreed rate or alternatively take a commission on the final sale price.
Entering into a land agreement is a big decision, which is why we adopt a flexible and transparent approach tailored to suit you. The aim of this agreement is to ensure we all have the same objectives – to maximise the value of your land.
Fee based – Planning Service
Our conventional design and planning service is aimed at clients who are happy to pay us to carry out their planning application. We will provide you with a detailed appraisal of what’s possible along with a fee quotation to achieve your planning approval.
